Returns & Exchanges

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, so we’ve tried to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. 1. Are you returning or exchanging within 14 days of receipt of your goods? 2. Are the goods in unused and resellable condition with original tags? If the answer to both questions is yes, simply email us at with your name, phone number, original order number and whether you’d like a refund, exchange or credit note.


Purchases made on sale are final, unless the item is faulty.

The fine print: Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been worn or washed. If an item is returned after the 14-day return period, Shady Lane reserves the right to issue a credit note rather than a refund. Shady Lane is not liable for the loss of an item being returned; we recommend that you return it using registered mail and keep your tracking number as a reference.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty. Faulty Items: Email us at with your name, address, phone number, order number and the nature of the fault. If possible, please include a photo. We’ll send you a postage paid satchel for the item to be returned to us. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a replacement. If there’s no replacement available then a refund may be offered.
